My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely beds and a nice shower. However, there was a faint dirty dog smell in the room, possibly from the rug. Being a room away from the elevators provided a quieter environment for a good night's sleep.
The hotel has a convenient location in San Antonio, close to restaurants, with friendly service. However, the room layout could be improved, and there was a leak in the toilet. The dining options were fantastic but the noise from traffic was uncomfortable.
